Larry Pinci is originally from Melbourne, Australia and has been training and coaching for over 20 years. He is a Master Coach and Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Hypnosis, a certified mediator, and a professional speaker. His other passion are singing and songwriting.



Phil Glosserman has been coaching and training for over a decade. Before becoming a coach, he spent 14 years as a senior manager in the software industry and 10 years as a professional drummer. He is a certified Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), a certified Kolbe Consultant, and a graduate of Corporate Coach University International.
